The GLS accreditation process

You submit. GLS assesses. GLS decides.

Providers upload their course and evidence and submit it to GLS. GLS then carries out the assessment — AI-assisted evidence mapping used internally by our reviewers, with every finding and decision verified by a human and recorded in an auditable evidence chain.

  1. 1 · Register your organisation

Create your provider account, add your organisation details and logo, and invite the colleagues who will manage your submissions.

  2. 2 · Build your course record

Add the course details — level, delivery method, CPD hours, objectives, outcomes and assessment method — and select the GLS standard you are applying against.

  3. 3 · Upload your evidence

Upload your course manual, presentations, videos, transcripts, assessments, policies and evaluation records into a secure, private document library, tagged by evidence type.

  4. 4 · Submit to GLS

When your evidence pack is complete, you submit the course to GLS. Submission locks the version so it is assessed exactly as provided.

  5. 5 · GLS assessment

GLS carries out the assessment. Our reviewers use the GLS AI engine as an internal tool to map your evidence against every criterion of the standard, then verify, adjust or override each finding themselves. Providers do not run the analysis.

  6. 6 · Findings and required actions

GLS issues your assessment outcome: criteria classified as Aligned, Partially Aligned or Gap Identified, a readiness score, and a clear list of any actions required. You respond, upload further evidence and resubmit.

  7. 7 · Accreditation decision

A GLS reviewer makes the final decision — approve, request changes or decline. No accreditation is issued without human GLS review, and every decision is logged in the audit trail.

  8. 8 · Certificate, seal and verification

On approval, GLS issues a digital certificate, accreditation seal and verification badge, each carrying a unique accreditation ID, QR code and public verification link.

  9. 9 · Continuous monitoring

Accredited courses are versioned and monitored. When content changes materially, GLS classifies the change as no reassessment, partial reassessment or full reassessment. A GLS reviewer retains final authority.
